These calculators provide educational planning estimates based on the inputs you supply. They are not financial, mortgage, legal, tax or valuation advice. You remain responsible for verifying contracts, costs, eligibility and current official requirements before acting.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee property returns, resale approval, finance approval, rental income or partner outcomes. Assumptions about future prices, occupancy and rates can differ substantially from actual outcomes.
Reports and saved scenarios
Printable reports are free and reflect the scenario at the time of printing. Browser storage may be lost. Keep your own copies of important planning work.
External services
External websites and professionals operate independently. Any future paid services or commercial introductions require their own disclosed terms and consent.
Detailed reports and Pro billing
A single report covers one immutable scenario snapshot. The Pro monthly plan includes 20 new reports per billing period and renews automatically until cancelled through Manage billing. Prices and currency are shown before checkout. Cancelling stops future renewals; active access continues until the paid period ends unless the subscription becomes unpaid or otherwise inactive. Existing report links remain available for 30 days from report creation; account reports are retained for 12 months. Reports are educational estimates, not professional valuations.
Refund requests
Contact the operator within 7 days for duplicate charges, inability to access a purchased report or a material calculation defect. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable mandatory consumer rights; a refund is not promised solely because an investment outcome differs from a planning estimate. Approved refunds are processed by the operator through Stripe. Recurring billing refunds and payment disputes are handled by the operator; billing cancellation remains available through the customer portal.
