Calculator data
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. If you save a scenario, its inputs and results are stored in local storage on this device until you delete them or clear browser data. They are not automatically sent to us. Reopening saved scenarios places the inputs in a URL fragment; anyone you send that full link to can read those inputs.
Enquiries
In the preview, the form downloads a text file on your device and does not submit it. On the configured WordPress site, enquiries are stored privately for site administrators and may generate an administrator email notification. Only submit information needed for your request. We do not share enquiry details with external partners without a separate agreement.
Retention and deletion
Saved scenarios can be removed on the Saved Scenarios page. The WordPress installation removes enquiry records after 90 days through its scheduled cleanup, subject to the site scheduler running; the site administrator can delete them sooner. Server backups and administrator email copies follow the hosting provider’s and operator’s retention settings.
Paid reports and subscriptions
When payments are enabled, Stripe processes checkout and billing. We store the report inputs, payment references, payment status and the email returned by checkout; card details are handled by Stripe. Paid report records are retained for 12 months, subject to the site scheduler running; accounting obligations may require retaining separate payment records. Report access links are private bearer links: anyone with the full link can download it during its validity period. Do not share them publicly.
Partner sharing
Choosing a named partner and checking the separate sharing consent allows the administrator to forward your contact details and enquiry to that partner. We may earn a lead or referral fee. Sharing is logged with the recipient and date. Your general contact consent does not authorise partner sharing.
Analytics and payments
The preview includes no payment collection or advertising trackers. The WordPress version supports Stripe payments, WordPress accounts and optional advertising. AdSense code is loaded only after the configured consent platform grants permission; direct sponsor links can take you to the sponsor’s website. WordPress sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. Hosting providers may process technical access logs. External source links are governed by the destination’s policies.

Use the contact form to prepare a privacy request. The operating entity and privacy contact must be configured before launching enquiry collection publicly.
